The book is printed and bound in Australia by specialist book printers who are at the top of their profession using top quality paper and durable stitching. The slip cases have each been hand - made and gold-foiled by a bookbinder. The Deluxe version is designed to be able to fit a normal book shelf and is just under 320 pages.
Its price is $250 (or $225 without the protective gold-foiled slip case).
Shipping costs will be invoiced separately after purchase, and will be whatever Australia Post charges us to safetly package and ship the book to your location. The book weighs just over 1150g before packaging.
